The "Mama-San" Shop

This little shop is located right outside the main gate of MCAS Iwakuni. I'm 38 years old now, and I’d venture to guess that the first time I visited this “mama-san shop”, as everyone used to call it, was when I was around 5 years old. Interestingly, it hasn't changed at all over the decades. In fact, I'm sure some of those posters have been on the wall since the early 80s. Some places in Japan seem to exist in a bubble unaffected by time...
